Go to https://app.atomic.bi, enter your email and password, and click Sign In. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password? for a reset link, or Email me a magic link to sign in by email. Full steps are in Getting started with Atomic BI.
Open Settings, then Account. Edit your Username (it saves when you click away) or open the Security card and click Change Password.
Ask a space owner for an invitation link, open it and click Accept Invitation. If you have no account yet, you create one first. See Members and roles in a space.
New spaces are set up by Atomic BI, so if you need another one please contact us. Owners can edit the name, description and icon of an existing space under Settings, then Space Settings.
Owners have full control, including members and API keys. People with Write Access can create and edit campaigns, leads, agents and knowledge. People with Read Access can only view. See Members and roles in a space.
Credits measure the AI work done in your space, such as chat, writing drafts, building playbooks and judging leads. Your space gets a weekly allowance that resets every Monday and can also hold top-up credits. See Chat with AI, set up agents and understand credits.
There is no place in the app to buy credits or change a plan yet. Contact Atomic BI and we will help you.
That counter shows your LinkedIn InMail credits, which belong to your LinkedIn account. They are separate from Atomic BI AI credits. A lead marked Open Profile can be messaged without using one; a Locked Profile uses one InMail credit. See Review, schedule and send messages.
Atomic BI never stores your LinkedIn login. The Companion app on your Mac or Windows computer keeps your LinkedIn session and does the LinkedIn work for you. Install it and connect your account as described in Connect LinkedIn with the Companion app.
No. Syncing, sending messages and importing leads all need the Companion app to be running and connected. Start it and the work continues. The power button in the campaign top bar is green when connected and red when not.
Automatically about every 15 minutes while your Companion app is connected and Auto Sync is on. To check sooner, click the refresh button in the campaign top bar. You can do that about every 5 minutes.
Schedule queues the message to go out automatically in small batches while your Companion app is connected. Send Now (in the arrow menu next to Schedule) sends it immediately and cannot be cancelled. See Review, schedule and send messages.
Yes. Open the lead in the Draft stage and edit the text in the message box before you schedule or send it. To steer a new draft, use Draft with a note.
A saved description of who to find, what to research about each person and who to avoid. The AI assistant builds it by asking you questions, in about five minutes, at Prospecting, then Customer Profiles. See Find leads with the Lead Finder.
You can upload PDF, HTML and markdown files, up to 50 MB each, or import a website with Import Website. See Build your knowledge base.
Existing Gmail, Google Drive and Lark connections keep working, but new ones are no longer offered in the Integrations list. The integration you can connect today is Pipedrive, in spaces that have Automations. See Automations and integrations.
MCP access is a beta feature and is switched on per space. Contact Atomic BI to request access. Once on, a space owner can connect Claude and other tools. See Use Atomic BI from Claude or other AI tools (MCP).
Open Settings, then MCP Server, then API Keys, and disable or delete the key the tool uses. Access stops right away.
