Members and roles in a space

Roles

Every person in a space has one of three roles:

• Owner: full control of the space, including managing members and API keys.
• Write Access: can create and edit campaigns, leads, agents and knowledge.
• Read Access: can view what is in the space, but not change it.

See who is in your space

1. Open Settings, then Team Members.
2. The Your Team list shows each person and their role.

Below it, the invitations list shows invitations you have created: their role, how many times they were used (Use Count), the Use Limit and when they expire.

Invite a teammate

1. Open Settings, then Team Members.
2. Click Create Invitation.
3. Choose the Role: Owner, Write Access or Read Access.
4. Optionally set Expires At (a date) and a Usage Limit (how many times the link can be used). Leave them empty for no expiry and no limit.
5. Click Create. The Invitation Link window shows the link and a short message you can send.
6. Click Copy to Clipboard, then paste it into an email or chat. You can only close the window after you copied it.

The link is shown only once, so copy it before you close the window. If you lose it, delete the invitation and create a new one.

Accept an invitation

The person you invite opens the link. They see who invited them and which space it is for, then click Accept Invitation. If they do not have an account yet, they create one at https://app.atomic.bi. After accepting, click Go to your Spaces.

Delete an invitation

In the invitations list, select the invitation and choose Delete from the actions. The link stops working.

Edit your space

The owner can change the space's Name, Description and icon under Settings, then Space Settings. Changes save automatically.

Who can do what

Only owners can create and manage API keys under Settings, MCP Server, and only owners can approve a connection from an AI tool. See Use Atomic BI from Claude or other AI tools.
